You may need to install and allow the ActiveX control when prompted by your browser. It is safe and is not harmful or malicious in any way.
(Hint: To download the activeX controle, simply click on the yellow bar along the top of your browser window and/or select "Install"/"Run".  You will need to be logged on to Windows as an administrator.)

Instructions

• START/PLAY: Click on the ► (play) button to begin.  You will be prompted for a username and password. 
  
  LOGIN INFORMATION:
  Username: Guest
  Password: (no password is needed; please leave this field blank)
   

• STOP: Click on the ■ (stop) button.
   
• CHANGE CAMERA VIEW: There are several cameras in place that are available for viewing.  To switch between the various cameras, click on the icon just to the right of the video.
   
• FULL SCREEN: To view the video in full screen, click the  icon below the video.  To exit full screen mode, press "Esc" (Escape) on your keyboard or click anywhere with your mouse.
   
• SNAPSHOT:  To take a snapshot, click the  icon below the video.  You can save the picture to your computer or print it.
