I have been using VRS to repair and maintain my cars for a number of years. The staff there are always friendly and cheerful, whilst still being knowledgeable and helpful. The work carried out by VRS is always of an extremely high standard and is completed quickly and efficiently. Other garages should take lessons from VRS and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have been using VRS for a while now, firstly when my Astra GSi developed problems they were spot on! I now drive miles out of my way if i am in a different part of the uk as in my mind they are the best. Alex and his team are spot on. I decided to have my honda civic serviced here rather than a genuine honda dealer. They talked me through the valve clearance check and I was extremely satisfied with the level of service i recieved. These guys are on a level other garages can only aspire to. Thanks for all the help!

Renault Scenic 2005 starting problems. This problem has been an ongoing nightmare for months. I tried everything possible to fix the problem (I am a technical engineer by trade) I tried different specialist garages although not a Renault Dealer as their in house costs are exorbitant. VRS, their technicians and very competent staff (I dealt with Alex) looked at the problem and through deligent processes identified the crankshaft postion sensor as the fault. Replaced at a value for money cost and now the vehicle is running sweetly. Thank you to all at VRS. Michael McLaughlin

I had my car repair this morning in VRS.Staffs are very accommodating and polite.Their receptionist named Nigel answered my questions regarding the mechanical problems of my car clearly,explained it in such a way that a female driver can easily understand it.I find it very helpful especially for a foreigner like me. I rang the garage explaining the fault I had with my Mondeo and they booked it in for a convenient time for me. I was able to drop it off the night before. I took my car in the evening to drop it off and they had a quick look at it for me. They were able to repair it there and then. The turbo boost pipe had gone. The lads who worked in the shop were great and worked fast. Nigel who was my contact there was very helpful and friendly, which is nice being a woman on her own and not getting the feeling they can rip you off. Nigel explained everything. If I need any more work doing then I will definitely be going back, 10/10. A great little find and so local as well. Great website too. 15/06/10
